“it was good and my wife liked it. However - the delivery system you used was shocking. They failed to deliver twice and just pushed a note through the door - even though it was an office door, people were clearly inside and working. Something was wrong big style with your delivery people. I had to go collect it from 6 miles away at the Post Office depot. They just shrugged their shoulders. They were 30 mins away from returning it back to Cavells.”
