“I set the antenna on the roof of my pickup, put the stinger in all the way tightened the set screws hooked up the analyzer and had a flat match from 27915 to 27495.. can’t ask for anything better that that..also I lost a lot of the engine nose..”

“Today I replaced my Wilson5000 with a Stryker SR-A10 Mag Mount on my Ford F150 Lariat pickup. It's hooked to a Stryker SR-655HPC radio and seems to have boosted both transmit & receive.
Right outta the box the antenna was 1.2 to 2.2 across the freqs. A slight trim of the mast brought the SWR's to 1.1 to 1.3 similar to where my Wilson5000 operated.
Took me more time to bury the coax in the truck than to unbox & trim the mast.
I'm pleased so far as signal strength on both transmit & receive seem to have improved a wee bit, making the radio more loud & proud as I roll down the hiways & byways of life!”
