“I did not receive this item. Bought several other items that were shipped together. Outer paper packaging was torn. Plastic bag containing other items was not damaged. There is no way the Spring could have fallen out of the plastic bag that was securely taped around the antenna.
USPS did not leave a note about the torn package. Sent numerous emails back and forth to Lance. He was stuck on wanting a note from USPS stating that the outer paper packaging was torn.
The Spring was $16.20 after a 10% discount. There was no packing list. Lance could not even agree that the Spring may not have been included in the shipment. Called credit card company, file dispute and received a refund for the price of the Spring.”
