The Dewalt DT4506 6mm brad point drill bit is constructed from chrome vanadium alloyed steel and fitted with a centre location point and outer cutting spurs for clean accurate holes in hardboard, plywood, chipboard and all natural hard and softwood. These bits are typically used for dowelling applications and woodscrew clearance holes.
*Brad point drills with a diameter of 11mm or above has a reduced shank size of 9.5mm
