“It is a bit early to tell regarding the preventive feature. The acute mode hasn't helped a single time yet. One thing which needs improvement for long term use is the stickers. First they would run significant costs. Secondly they aren't usable sitting like in the marketing pictures. Gravity makes the whole thing come off mid-session and that hurts. Maybe a velcro headband would be more useful. If i need to lie down for an hour then i might as well sleep the migraine off as i can't do anything else.”
“My Physio lent me one to trial and I experienced positive results so have purchased one for myself. Have found great relief when used at beginning of migraine onset and have also been using every other night as preventative. I would recommend and have found for myself using this and massage treatment is more beneficial than medications.”
“ITS A SCAM!!! Like razors. Do you know that they charge $55 for three electrodes (which ar echeap to manufacture)? One lasts about 5-7 days (not the 20 they claim). And then they charge $10 to ship something that costs $1 to mail.
I fell for it out of hope that I could bring relief to my child. Hopefully, you don't. THE SLEAZIEST. They should be ashamed.”
“I've been using the Cefaly for about 3 weeks, during migraines and as a preventative. When I used it a couple times in the very early stages of a migraine, the migraine never developed. So, I think it has helped me even after a short time. The main issue I have with it is that it doesn't stay on my forehead for more than 5-10 min, even after washing and drying the area as directed. So, I have to lay down during the treatment so I usually do it at night in bed. When it starts to fall off, it becomes quite painful.”
“I love my original cefaly device better. The new one is great that you can charge etc but I find that unless you lay down, the device weighs the electrode down and comes away from middle then I've had a couple of times had a burning effect and had to quickly pull it off. I like to use it all the time as a preventative but getting put off using it for that reason. Also that was only reusing the electrode 4 times and I always make sure I clean my head etc first. Not happy about new one considering the price you have to pay.”
“I have been using cefaly kits for 10-15 years. I have daily migraines and the cefaly makes my life bearable while reducing my need for drugs. I do not like the current model as much as the previous head band ones. With the older kind, I could use it over and over again and replace the batteries when necessary. The latest model seems more effective, but needs recharging frequently. The previous version was less likely to fall off.”

“This is my 4th Cefaly unit and the first Cefaly Enhanced model. Honestly, I prefer the Cefaly Dual. It doesn't require a charging base, and it doesn't emit an annoying light during use. Don't get me wrong, Cefaly is an excellent product that does wonders with migraine and headaches—no need for all those bells and whistles.”
