“To get your results you have to fill in a detailed questionnaire about your health AFTER you paid: this is not mentioned before payment. UK Post Office tracked sample was received by the company the next morning. Website states results 2-5 days after received by laboratory. 5 Days later no results. Turns out the UK address the tracked postage envelope delivers to is NOT the laboratory! They then send your sample in UNTRACKED couriering to a lab in Germany, and *lose* it in transit. They don’t offer a refund, they cancel your test and send you another one. (Someone on Trust Pilot has done this 3 times if you read the reviews: I wish I had!). Having sent off my sample I have been taking huge doses of B12 because I’m so exhausted: so a second test will not show how low my B12 has been or whether I need B12 injections. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. This company is getting blood samples with a load of *voluntarily* given health data and doing who knows what with them. Elsewhere on the website they say they research “Genetic predispositions to serious diseases” which is why they needed that previously unmentioned survey before you can activate the blood test you’ve paid for. Bunch of crooks: avoid!”

Only with this consent do we use the data to better understand our customers' problems and further improve our products. In the blood samples, we also only analyse values that are part of the test or that customers have explicitly consented to. I hope I have been able to inform you better about this. “I can highly recommend it. Very clearly and precisely explained so that anyone can do it at home, thus inexpensive. I was worried about the plastic return bag so I paid extra to send it express. When I read my results today, all my expenses were worth it. Thank you.”

“Hello cerascreen. At first I was a bit scared to do the blood sampling, but it didn't even hurt. I also only needed one of the lancets. I wouldn't have thought that it was that simple. I was kept up-to-date about the status of my sample via email and received my results within 3 days. Thanks for the great service.”

“I didn't manage to do the first test. Couldn't get enough blood from my finger. When I called them customer support sent me a new test - again thank you very much. The second test went well and I received my results within 3 days. I am very pleased with my purchuase and the result. Thank you.”
