“Never received my results. 1st attempt sat at the lab for 3 weeks before receiving a message that the sample could not be tested (obviously not after 3 weeks). The 2nd attempt was lost in the post by Royal Mail. The tests were time sensitive as I needed the results for a private GP appointment. V frustrating. A huge waste of money. Cerascreen provided replacement tests on both occasions but that really doesn’t cut it when you need test results by a certain date!”
