Thank you for your feedback. I have checked the progress of your sample. Unfortunately, it did not reach us. We have deactivated the sample and sent you an email to order a replacement test. “Ordered a test which came quickly. Sent back in timescale to UK based address and stated would be notified when recieved. Bag provided was tracked 24 hour mail. Sent back and item was recieved following morning but recieved no confirmation email of receipt. 2 days later still no email. So rang to make sure it hadn't been lost. Was informed on telephone, the address Sent to in UK was just a holding address. The tests are then shipped a further 2 days to a lab in Germany. No where does it say this. Within the literature and when ringing the company to enquire about the tests before purchase, was informed upon receipt on sending it back with 24 hour mail, results will be process and sent back in 2 to 3 days. What they didn't declare is that 2 to 3 days is not receipt of the tracked 24 UK mail, but 2 to 3 days after the holding company in UK sends it to their Germany lab. My test was recieved Monday and its still not reached Germany as confirmed via telephone this morning. So how valid are these tests as the bloods I've done are vital to be tested between 2 and 3 days of sample. Which we are now past that. Extremely disappointed this is not declared. Even the person on the phone stated they don't declare they send on from UK to Germany as it would discourage customers as time frames are longer. Extremely frustrating and potential unreliable looks especially those that are time sensitive. Definitely would not use again especially when not being honest with customers.”

“My sample was posted per instructions and Cerascreen took 4 weeks to test my sample. Research indicates the results for HbA1C vary over time after blood sample is taken and therefore the test result is of questionable value. Cerascreen claim that this appalling service is acceptable. Avoid!”
