Dear Giselle, we measure the storage form of the vitamine so you dont have to stop taking supplements before testing. Just to be sure you can stop taking supplements four days ago, so it will not have any influence on the measurement. Have a great day! - your cerascreen-Team

“I have been buying the cerascreen test kits for a year because the cost effectiveness is just right. Ordering online is easy and I receive tests after two days at the latest. About the test itself: the illustrated instructions are so well designed that you can take a blood sample without medical help. So far, two days after sending a sample I could look at the results. You should definitely do this test every six months to keep your vitamin D3 levels in check. And always take K2 and magnesium with vitamin D3.”
