“Cholesterol result came back with an overall result of 4.0 I was elated, however this was short lived. Days later my GP advised that my cholesterol level is 8.1 I have emailed more than once for an explanation. No response. My advice is go straight to your GP - there is a huge discrepancy with my results and had I not had a further test with the NHS I would have been walking around with a ticking time bomb. I have been advised that I require medication to reduce my level of cholesterol. Contact your GP if you have any concerns. The false result is half of the actual reading I was given. Extremely dangerous.”

“You are unable to contact this company by telephone. Email only. This day and age I find this pretty poor customer service. They offered free telephone consultations in the letter, when I tried to call, the voicemail message was in German. When I asked about this by emailing them, they said it was a mistake on their letters and they don’t offer a ‘foreign’ telephone service.”
