The test was received within one week and the blood sample was very ease to take. It was taken and sent on Tuesday and on Friday the same week I had the result. I am very happy customer and will definitely use their services in the future and I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Cerascreen x

DHL driver delivered my kit to the wrong address. Was told by DHL that only the seller could claim for the loss. More than a month and multiple emails later, cerascreen finally replied and promised to replace the kit. I recieved my kit and took the sample last Monday. Although a prepaid envelope was supplied, I sent my sample back by next-day guaranteed delivery by Royal Mail. My sample was guaranteed to arrive at the lab last Tuesday. Six days later, still no results! If you want to find out if you've had covid-19 in the past and want your result in a reasonable time, buy a test from a more reputable and professional company. If you don't believe me, try phoning their customer services. Unmanned, automated, no option to leave a message, urges you to send an email if you have a problem then no reply for weeks and weeks. Avoid this company like the plague!

I placed the order and the test arrived within a couple of working days. I sent it back on a Monday and received the results on Friday. All very efficient and very helpful having the app to see the progress of the order/analysis etc.

Received the test promptly. Viewed the video guidance. Sent off. Kept informed regularly. 9 days later result received. Would definitely recommend if you want to know if you’ve got antibodies.

Unfortunately after receiving the Kit in the mail and following the instructions, DHL refused to ship the package although they are who the company has instructed me to use to ship the sample back. This was ok as these things happen however, after emailing them multiple times cerascreen didn't respond. and the stated well respond in 24 hours or 2-5 days when busy is just a lie as i have been waiting for 2 weeks now with no way of contacting them except email which they do no respond to.

We have had a lot of issues with the corona virus test during that timeframe, which is why our customer service was a little overwhelmed. I can promise you that everything is back to normal now. I ordered a antibody test 7 weeks Ago. Didn’t receive the order until 3 weeks ago. Done the test 3 weeks ago and now have had to wait this whole time for results ? It explains on the initial email that you can access your results with ur ‘test id’. But where is the test id and where can it be found ?? Because it’s not on the first email ! Or any email ! Awful customer service. Awful company. And for £79. A total scam and a waste of money. Please don’t use this product and find something which is much more hassle free and time consuming. Ps I give it 1 star but if I could give it 0 stars I would.

Dear customer, I am so sorry that you found our service and product so frustrating. We have had issues with the delivery of the Coronavirus Antibody Test, but these are now resolved. I am really sorry that you were affected by these. Please notice that the Test IDs are never sent via email, they are written on a small card inside the test kit. I hope you got your results in the end, otherwise please contact us via fragen@cerascreen.de so we can refund you.

very poor service - the test kit arrived without the returns information and it's impossible to contact the customer service "free" hotline as it's simply a recorded message telling you to email ... which they do not answer! Seems a total waste of time & money!
