“They're not con artists but they are completely over run. Trustpilot, Instagram, Facebook. I'm not saying to avoid. Do your research and remember VISA will get you your money back under UK / EU trade laws. Great want to help but no help and no results in the time scale.8”

“Despite all the difficulties with Coronavirus our kit was delivered in a week, we sent off our samples and received our results back within three days. The home testing kit was easy to use with clear instructions. The whole experience was straight forward and hassle free. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“The service is dreadful I'm afraid and questioning if it's a scam. My test arrived, I completed it as instructed and sent it back as per instructions. that was over three ago, i have written 6 emails and made of 40 calls and i have not been able to speak with anyone and have had no reply to my mails, asking what is happening about my results. I am about to call the Police to make sure this isn't a scam.”

Dear customer, I can promise you that this is not a scam, we just had many issues with the shipping of the Coronavirus Antibody Test during that timeframe. All of these issues are now resolved. I have now contacted you abou your test results and in case there are any questions left.

“"Public Health England has deemed only three of the many tests on the market to be reliable: those made by the Swiss pharma group Roche, the US multinational Abbott Laboratories, and a lesser known American company Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. " Can't see if this is one of those. Unstated so presume not.”
