“I have had very good experiences with the antibody test. The shipping went really quickly and taking the sample takes just 5 minutes. Not to be compared to going to the doctor! The evaluation was available online just under few after being returned to the laboratory.”

“We ordered two antibody tests. Shipping took couple of days, but at the moment the demand is certainly high. The application was simple and there was enough blood coming out to take the sample (just in case, there is a second lancet). Result was very easy to access! We recommend it.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service, obviously cannot cope with demand, test returned 9 days ago, no confirmation it has been received, no results, several auto emails that were irrelevant or wrong, customer service phones turned off. Just TERRIBLE”

Dear customer, so sorry that you were so frustrated by our service. We have had many issues with the Coronavirus Test which is why our service was a little overwhelmed. I can promise you that we have solved these issues. I have no contacted you about your test.

“Do not trust this website. Selling antibody test and after 2 weeks and exchanging emails. Their phone is not manned and just on answering machine. I have not received anything. They have not refunded my money yet. Do not trust them This is what they say Dear Customer Thank you for ordering the cerascreen Coronavirus Antibody Test. Unfortunately your test kit for the antibody test contains wrong express labels for other countries that do not work in your country. Important: If you have not yet done the test, please use normal Royal Mail shipping when returning the sample.”
