“Read my Trust Pilot Review for more details, but basically if you live in the UK, avoid this company, as your blood samples are sent to the Netherlands for testing and by the time they arrive at the lab, they are not viable. I waited two weeks and as I heard nothing I called and spoke to a rep who said everyone from the UK is complaining about the same thing. They may look like good value, but unless you are in the EU, best avoid.”

Good Day, thank you very much for the request. As we are a German company, our tests are also evaluated in our laboratory in Germany. Therefore, the return shipment from the UK may take a little longer. We wish you all the best Your cerascreen customer service

“The test results come through very fast and are very informative explaining everything necessary. I am very impressed and will look here again should I want anymore tests. Thankfully I am not histamine intolerant.”

“Do not bother with this company their customer service is beyond appalling. My sample never arrived. The level of communication was a joke. Save your time and money and buy from itherfar superior brands like Genova who I have used without any problems.”

“The test kit is aesthetically designed, the content is high-quality and each step is described in great detail. My initial concern - whether I would be able to take my own blood sample - vanished quickly. Unfortunately I had to try twice. Fortunately there are two lancets. I also had a problem to fill the tube. But with a little massaging it worked. I guess I just don't bleed that well =) It was great that you can hardly feel the prick and the following day I had no problems with my finger. Sending the sample and analysis happened as described and without any problems.”
