Hi. I found the test a little tricky and daunting at first. Unfortunatkey I messed up my first attempt, but was given a second kit free of charge. The second attempt was successful. I think the issue was down to lack of experience in completing this type of test, and would probably get easier with practice. Apart from this issue the overall experience was good.

Absolute waste of money. I believe I followed the instructions to the letter! Waited ages for an update (they aren’t quick to process like most places) and eventually “Couldn’t use sample” too much blood apparently! Then it’s not a simple as them simply posting a new kit.. oh no, that would be way to easy.. you have to request one! And fill out a load of stuff again.. no way. Keep my money .

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the quality of your sample was not sufficient to generate a valid result. We have therefore asked you to send us a new sample using the free replacement kit. You will need to provide your delivery address again for this to reach you. We apologise for any inconvenience. The test was very simple to complete and collecting my blood sample was very simple.
