“I ordered a food intolerance test which arrived within a couple of days. I sent the completed test back the next day. I had a message a week later to say it arrived in the lab then another message to say it could not be analysed. A 2nd test was sent to me free of charge and again I returned the completed test the next day. This was a month ago and I have still not heard anything. I sent an email and got an automated response that someone would contact me in a few days. I waited nearly 2 weeks and emailed again and got no response. Total waste of money as I have not received any results. Communication from the company is appalling. I work in health care and will warn everyone not to use this company. I will be contacting Trading Standards as I want a full refund.”
