“I hjave used Challenge dog food for my basset hounds for approx 25 years on the rcomendation of the breeder. It is very good food.
Since the firm changed hands, the food is fine but the delivery is NOT. I have asked Challenge to make sure the courier has a sat nav and can understand english but the last three deliveries have been left at the roadside of a friend of mine locally but with a different postcode. This lady was away at a family wedding and I am lucky that the food was still there when I was wondering why it had not been delivered.. and went to investigate.
I am over 80 years old and cannot lift the sacks into the back of my car, when they arrive on my doorstep I can manage easily - this is important to me.
This is not Challenge's fault, BUT I have asked them to ensure it does not happen again with no result.
If it happens again I shall have to change my supplier - very reluctantly”
