“Purchased a custom maple bat from Chandlier for my grandson. We customized the bat together on size, cupping, type, the color of bat handle and barrel and printing of his name and number on the bat. The bat came in about 4 weeks and overall looked good but the printing color was off. I called and talked to Ben who very quickly asked me to send the bat back and what color I would want for the printing on the bat. I returned the bat, Chandler changed the color of the printing to blue. Just got the bat back it looks perfect the printing in blue looks great on a clear barrel and the dark handle fits very well. Very happy with Chander's and the very quick customer service. The bat should do well, thanks Chandler.”
