I initially did the protocol to help support/encourage my mum to jump on board, I only had 4-5kg to lose and have lost 8kg thus far ( with 3 weeks left to go ) my mum is only in week 5 and has lost 9kg ! I admittedly read through phase 1 and 2 and didn’t really read about phase 3 and 4 until I was in the protocol - and it’s been such a wonderful learning experience. I am a nutritionist myself, and will absolutely be recommending this protocol to clients who want to lose weight and improve their day to day habits - I love that this is a longevity thing not a quick fix - nothing changes if nothing changes thank you Cyndi and the wonderful coaches who are always available to answer questions.

It was OK, I was just disappointed that the fat loss support drops only lasted 1 week.

Hi Michelle, I'm sorry to hear this. The drops should last for one round of the program, so there may be a chance that your bottle may have leaked while in transit. I will contact you via email in regards to this.

I've done one round so far and lost 10kg. Yay! I feel so much better, optimistic and happy and know this protocol works. The complete pack is excellent to get you started. The advice and steps are clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend this protocol.

I think the FLP has been well put together. Unfortunately for me on the first day of the fat loading I was quite sick & vomited. While on phase 2 I had to stop after 14days. My energy levels kept going down daily. To the point of walking like an old woman. Before doing the FLP I already had relatively good eating on a daily basis and never eat junk food or drink alcohol. So perhaps something else was going on for my body???? I also discovered on day 10 I was taking too much Colloidal silver. I was taking 30ml instead of 10ml so perhaps that was causing the issue. On the protocol my hot flushes & night sweats and bloating went away. Plus I was a lot clearer in the head. Which was excellent. But I just had no energy….. after being on it for 2 weeks and spending a lot of the time lying around I had to go off it. Perhaps I should have asked the girls more questions at the time….. But I chose to listen to my body and started instantly feeling better once introducing good fats into my diet again. It was lovely to see so many success stories and the positive and supportive feedback on fb. All the best to everyone. Kindly Helen

What an incredible journey all the phases of the program have been. As I come to the end of Phase 4, I’ve learnt so much. Having never dieted before, other than Fodmap; the hardest part was putting myself first, deciding to do this, and starting! I feel strongly that I should love my body in all its form, but the peri-menopausal figure in my early 50’s and 3 years of health issues left me feeling incredibly drab and exhausted. Fat Loss Protocol suited my personality, I’m not patient and I wanted and needed results fast. And wowsers, the weight loss and good feels was rapid. Sleep improved, so much inflammation was sent packing. I feel more confident and connected to my body than I have been for years. My learning continues, but this diet has given me the most clarity I’ve ever had. 30 years with IBS, lactose and fructose issues, I thought my triggers were the usual culprits and limited certain foods. I’ve lived daily with low level gut discomfort for decades, I was happy with this because I’m a diehard foodie. I’ve always eaten well, fresh organic produce and nothing processed. But Phase 2 on this diett showed me what it is like to experience zero gut discomfort for the first time since my 20’s. Phase 4 has revealed a lot. I don’t tolerate fats, even good fats. All things point to bile duct malabsorption (far too much info), but my point being, it’s taken me two decades to learn this, and Changing Habits FLP Protocol was my teacher. Thank you Cyndi for a phenomenal program.
