“Hard but good. I needed to lose 22kg in 3 months because I need a total hip replacement. I finished stage 3 then went on Omad with my meat portion of stage 3...I still need to lose 3kg then surgery on the 1sr of May. After my surgery I will do stage 4 and then repeat it all.”

“I lost just under 7kg on the FLP and although it was hard at first I really settled into it. Results came quickly and my health improved immediately: less digestive problems; skin, hair and nails improved out of sight and rnjoted a massive energy boost when I switched to phase 4. I feel like Om in control of my nutrition and better connected to my body”

“Definitely an effective protocol - I lost 7kgs in 5 weeks. It's hard! But losing weight is not easy. Information is pretty clear - though I needed to read it through a few times - and the pack was well put together.”

“It contained everything I needed, however I just wanted to get back on track. third time I have done it and pleased with the result. I still find the 'green stuff' hard to take even trying all suggestions.”

“The drops are tasty and easy to use. The information in the book is useful. If you have the powder with soda water it tastes much better! The minerals are easy to drink straight or mixed with water. I lost the 6 kilos I wanted slowly over 40 days so it felt manageable. Here's a picture of the chicken roulade - it really goes brown without oil!”

“Given that I've lost 12kg over the last five weeks, no complaints! I did find I had to purchase an additional bottle of drops and the mineral & suppliment powders to get through to the end of P2. It would have been best to have had enough for the whole program.”
