I love having the complete pack! I have done the protocol with just drops before, this is much easier and the support is great and a needed part of healing. It’s not just about weight loss. My focus is on healing and being able to listen to my body. The supplements are definitely a must to heal. Thank you Changing Habits.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have lost 8kg so far and am keen to keep going to achieve my health and wellness goal. This program had everything I needed to be in control and successful. I was never hungry and found my energy increased as the kg’s came off. Keen for round 2 after the recommended break.

I am loving all of the help and products for this protocol. On day 26, loving the food options and the suggestions on FB. Also, the help from the coaches. Sent an email and the reply was so helpful and got me back on track after a little sideways wobble.

I found the first two weeks excruciating however that was from what I had been putting into my body prior to going onto FLP. My daughter, @rebeccaallatthealthandwellness encouraged me for a long time to try FLP and I was so glad I did. Like everyone else it seems I found it a bit challenging to navigate around in the beginning but once I found my groove it was easy. I lost 10kgs in round one then went on 3 weeks holiday which was challenging to stay on track with limited food options. I am please to say I didn't gain any weight by just sticking to clean basic food choices. I am excited to get back from holidays and start again - I have another 20kgs to loose. My advice is DO IT NOW - DON'T "WEIGHT" ANY LONGER!
