“If you follow the guide and use the drops, this works. I liked the support group and the book to read and refer back to. The food ideas were great if I stuck to the breakdown times of meals I could get through. I didn't use the app as it felt a little clunky and I would've forgot so I can't comment on that portion of the programme but I would definitely go to this again should I need a reset.”

“I have been very happy with the Fat Loss Protocol. I have tried many weight loss programs over the years with varying success. After turning 50 and the weight creeping on I know I needed to do something, a friend introduced me to the progame as I had seen her success as well. I was determined to make this work so stuck to the programme and each phase and have lost a total of 11.5kg. I have learnt so much about what we consume and have now changed the way I eat so that I can maintain my weight. I was also having issues with my tummy, bloating & fatigue. Scaling back your diet and working out what food is right for you is what it's all about, I am still learning what is right for me but feel so much better. I would highly recommend this programme.”
