When on the Fat Loss Protcol, I don't make separate meals - I just make the easy recipes, full of simple and fresh ingredients to serve myself and just dish up a slightly 'pimped up' version for the family. No complaints so far and they're getting a nutritious meal too. Winning!

I kept going back to the Fat Loss Protocol Recipe Book for inspiration while on the protocol. There are so many varied and delicious recipes that help make food prep a delight and prevent food boredom. I still refer to the recipes to support me in a new and healthier way of eating.

Having the book helps with recipe ideas. I have tried out some new recipes, like tomato soup and pawpaw and chocolate mouse.

I would have been lost without the recipe book, especially with the smoothies in the morning. It gave great ideas for meals and I just loved having something to reference to.

This recipe book is easy to use, has the detail needed to utilise the food required for the protocol, and will be a great go to for everyday recipes anytime in the future. Loving this.
