“I use Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon daily. I sprinkle it on my fruit, use it in smoothies, cooking (particularly with my stewed apple and date, Changing Habits dates of course, compote). The taste far outweighs any other cinnamon I have used. Highly recommended.”

“Very disappointing. It lacked depth and, most importantly, did not have the aroma that is the most appealing thing about coffee. I threw the remainder away after many tries. (Sorry)”
