“I use the Changing Habits Ceylon cinnamon in my baking. It's also a touch of spice in my toasted muesli and sprinkled on sliced apples and pears. I add it to my Changing Habits Mycotoxin-free coffee for that little bit extra. So many uses for this lovely aromatic spice. And it has health benefits as well.”

“Excellent organic spices. When you compare them to supermarket brands there is no comparison. You can see the natural oils and the smell is amazing. Will never go back to other brands. Love it!”
