“I had been using the Changing Habits Mineral Boost for about 10 months. When I did not use it for a number of weeks and I experienced restless legs. After a few nights of this I took a couple of teaspoons of Mineral Boost the following day and low and behold the restless legs disappeared. Obviously taking the Mineral Boost does something good for my body. Will continue taking it regularly”
