“I've been gluten free for years and wanted to test gluten to see if I can tolerate it again but I won't touch modern day wheat so I decided to buy this Ancient unmodified wheat to try. It looked and smelt so fresh. I made scones and a sourdough bread and it was so amazing, the mouthfeel of such an old familiar friend. Unfortunaltely it did not agree with me so I'm back to being gluten free again. For anyone that can tolerate gluten this would be a fantastic product to use.”
