“The oil has a mild pleasant taste, so is easy to add to any dish. The powder is easy to mix into water as a drink, I also add to my muesli and it blends in well. I love the taste of the powder… prefer it to protein powders as there’s no sweetener or anything else added so it’s a more natural taste.”
