Terrible. Rang courier and they said they have my delivery but can’t deliver due to staff shortages. (ie no driver available for my area) Ok these things happen, I understand. Called over several days and got same response. I rang courier again today and was told to call back at 10:30 to check delivery window. Did that, was told delivery would be today between 12-1pm. Received an email around 11:30 saying driver was approximately 1 hour away, so should be here around 12:30. 2:40pm still no delivery or communication so I rang again and was told not happening today, my delivery will go back to depot and be loaded for delivery within 2 business days. Waited almost the whole day and courier didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know what was happening, I had to call them! Not happy. And then when I enquired I was told my item will be booked for delivery again within 2 business days but this could potentially happen again! What??? Poor delivery service. Can’t review the rug yet but hopefully it’s better quality than the courier they’ve chosen to use. Not happy at all. I wanted to buy more rugs but if this purchase went well. Not now Unfortunately I am still waiting on delivery ☹️
