“I've tried the Cruise Chews and they do give me a pleasant lull before bed time, little bit of appetite, and better sleep.
Interestingly, I tend to feel a little cold/chilly after they kick in, but all the more reason to cozy up with warm pajamas and a favorite blanket.
Only downside is that I feel all the more bummed out when it's time to get up and go to work the next morning lol, not groggy or anything like that...just very comfortable and wanting to stay there.
