“My package arrived warm. Freeze pack was thawed. I sent an email and didn’t receive a reply! $65 worth of cheese I had to throw away! I can’t give an honest review of product cause I never consumed it!”

Hello Kris, We are sorry to hear that this happened. We cannot find an email from you otherwise we would have gladly looked into this further. Also our ice packs that are placed with your CheeseButta products are designed to melt over time. The insulated boxes with cold bricks used for shipping are expected to be warm upon arrival. Our goal is for your cheese to arrive safely in a defrosted state. Cheese isn’t a perishable item the way something like ground meat is – it is a hearty product. • Upon arrival immediately retrieve and store your CheeseButta in the refrigerator to best protect its flavor and texture! • CheeseButta & CheeseBall Bites can be frozen. If you feel like the product is unedible we just ask that you take pictures and email them to us at Sales@cheesebutta.com and from there we would gladly take care of it after confirming that the product did not make it safe to eat. How was the taste?

“I LOVE this stuff & am addicted to it. I use it in many different ways but my favorite is to put it on my Sesame Seed French Bread & toast it. I love toasted sesame seeds & I am a Cheese-O-Holic so it's a no brainer!!”

“The cheese arrived in 2 days as promised. It was packed well, but the heat got to it and it was melting over the sides. I of course put it in the fridge right away. My son sampled all three and enjoyed them.”

How was the taste?

“This is my first time trying. I was very pleasantly impressed by the great taste. I have been putting it on bread and even put it on my leftover pizza when I was heating it up. Delicious!”
