How was the taste?

“The Smoked Bacon cheesebutta is out of this world. I put it on and in just about everything. I've purchased them twice, and shared with a friend. They are obsessed with them,and so am I. Will be ordering again before running out.Love the ones with meat in them..”

Hello Kris, We are sorry to hear that this happened. We cannot find an email from you otherwise we would have gladly looked into this further. Also our ice packs that are placed with your CheeseButta products are designed to melt over time. The insulated boxes with cold bricks used for shipping are expected to be warm upon arrival. Our goal is for your cheese to arrive safely in a defrosted state. Cheese isn’t a perishable item the way something like ground meat is – it is a hearty product. • Upon arrival immediately retrieve and store your CheeseButta in the refrigerator to best protect its flavor and texture! • CheeseButta & CheeseBall Bites can be frozen. If you feel like the product is unedible we just ask that you take pictures and email them to us at Sales@cheesebutta.com and from there we would gladly take care of it after confirming that the product did not make it safe to eat.
