“I'm very unhappy with my recent order . The engraved name should read ( Amanda Rae ) NOT ( Tracon Montgomery ) I have no idea who this person is that is engraved on this necklace . The other necklace for my other daughter is perfect ( Aimee Lynne) . Please send another necklace ASAP with ( Amanda Rae ) . I'm very disappointed .”

Hi Lloyd.Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We noted on our website clearly about the Luxury Necklace: 18-22". Because it is quite small and the text so many characters, we need to adjust the size of the word to fit on the pendant. If we engraved text with a bigger size, it would not be enough.
