“The photo depicts painted wood with silver wording. I received a grainy sub par print out laid in resin. Not worth the asking price. Looks nothing like the photo.”

“Pendant was smaller than advertised, 7/8In across. Engraving on back is so small it is almost unreadable. Blue shield print is faded and washed out, not vibrant like picture on website. Very disappointed.”

Hi James, Thank you for your feedback. We noted clearly on our website that circle pendant: 23.5mm x 23.5mm. Because the pendant is so small and you chose the text so many characters, we need to adjust size of word to fit on the pendant. We would like to let you know that the color may slightly differ from the actual products due to the different angle shots and brightness of the environment.
