Hi Howard, Thanks so much for your feedback. Actually, because the dimension of the necklace (28.5mm x 51mm), we have to make the writing on it small as well to fit the pendant. Therefore, it's a bit difficult to read. We clearly stated on our site about the product dimension for the customer's consideration. Hope you will understand for us in this matter. “And I did reply to this last time and you folks checked and said I received the two items that were on those orders you shipped out looks like you are sending them individually and there should be a third package with the sun dog tags in them which I have not received yet and I hope they are coming”
