“20 minutes after I ordered it I emailed them and told them I realized I accidentally put the wrong date for engraving on the back. Their policy says to email them within 12 hours to make any modifications and I was well within that timeframe. The lady Sarah emailed me back and reassured me not to worry she got it changed. Well I received it today and they never changed it. Now that I emailed and let them know, I still haven’t heard a damn thing from them to rectify a situation they said they handled. I would not recommend them at all....there’s no phone number nor real person to talk to and all there is an email and while yes she responded and told me she changed it she lied!!! I will be going to a lawyer and wherever else I can to make sure no one else gets scammed again. They have my money and I didn’t receive what I ordered and I have all communication to back it up saved to my phone.”

“Is there a protective covering over the front of the heart that needs to come off? Also, the necklace I believe was supposed to be 18". With the 6" of extension it is? I would like a return label sent so I can get a refund. This is not the quality I expected at all. Thank you. Shirley Seidita 330 509-1588.”
