Hi Debra, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We noted on our website clearly about the heart pendant is 0.95"x0.95" In. Because it is quite small and text you chose so many characters (19 charaters), we need to adjust the size of word to fit on the pendant. If we engraved text with bigger size, it would not be enough.
