“I ordered this with the cross and the cross was missing. The keyboard keychain looks terrible and NOTHING like the photo! It's very cheesy and was also scratched! The letters are also not engraved and are so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to see them. I am currently seeking a full refund on my order so that I can get a real, high quality, engraved keychain elsewhere. Also, I'm realizing now that this business is a complete scam. They go by Zolo Gifts, Chendom, Ruby Plazas, USA Crafts, etc, and my money went to someone named Dai Phan. They don't even have a customer service contact phone number for assistance. I do NOT, again, I DO NOT, recommend this company! If you're thinking about buying from this company RUN!”
