“Excellent, elegant substitute for the full bird at Thanksgiving. Super easy to prepare and the fruit-based stuffing is quite good. We served it with a wild rice dressing, fresh vegetables and relishes for a well-received holiday dinner. Only drawback is that there are NO pan drippings from cooking this roast, so you will have to come up with a different source for gravy.”

The turkey roast was easy to prepare (just bake) and was moist and tasty. The stuffing was wonderful and chockful of tasty stuff! I also ordered your gravy to pour over it and the gravy was very good also. I will be ordering from you again, thanks for a wonderful meal!!”
