“Very tasty. Not dry, good texture and flavor. I thawed it in the frig before I cooked it and thought it would shorten cook time. Maybe my oven runs cool but it took a little longer to cook than expected. Otherwise, it was great.”

The only glitch was that it took a lot longer to cook than indicated.
