“The Perfect Crab Cakes truly were "perfect" and of restaurant quality. One suggestion - I did miss having sauce. If you could include (or sell) sauce, such as a remoulade or creamy horseradish sauce, the crab cakes would be even better.”

“These are the only crab cakes we'll eat. They have loads of crab and just enough filler to hold the crab.”
