“I am from the Eastern Shore but live in New Mexico now and crab cakes are hard to come by. I'm used to 100% back fin lump - the gold standard. Your "perfect" crab cakes are a mix of back fin and claw meat. A disappointment. Let me know when you have 100% back fin lump crab cakes and I will be a customer forever.”
