“I am a bit of a crab cake snob. I get them almost everywhere. These were top notch. My only issue is I wouldn’t follow their instructions to cook them. Instead melt some good unsalted butter in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat. Flatten the cakes a bit and cook to a golden brown on both sides. A little crunch. About 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with remoulade.”
