“Living near Baltimore we've eaten crab cakes in restaurants and markets in and around the city. We never tried to make them because we just knew that we could not match that kind of competition.
Lo and Behold, we found out that we could compete with the 'big boys" by simply pulling the colossal crab cakes from the freezer, painting them with a lillte lemon/caper/butter and poping them in the oven,

“I gave them as a holiday gift to my relatives. I asked for their feedback as this was the first time I had ordered from you. Their comments were that there was too much binding and the only obvious crab meat was on the very top of the crab cake. They said all the cost was shipping and packaging not on the product. This was not what I was expecting!”

“Very full of dense breading. Just a few crab lumps on top of the cakes. We couldn’t even finish them because the texture was so gross (think wet bread - but fishy wet bread). I baked them per directions. Quality is way down since we originally started ordering these cakes many many years ago.”

“I may live in Arizona, but I am from Maryland. These crab cakes are truly delicious just like one would expect from "back east" I do NOT bake them....I cook them on top of the stove srinkled with Old Bay seasoning on the top of each crab cake. They really are very large and very tasty.”
