“These colossal crab cakes were just wonderful. Easy to prepare and lots of seafood meat. I had them frozen for quite a few days, but when I followed cooking instructions they were so tasteful. If you enjoy seafood, I highly recommend these cakes. They really are colossal!”
“followed directions. Baked 2 topped with mayo, 27 mins in the oven per box suggestion. Do Not recommend this method. Then I baked another 2 topped with thin slices of salted butter, baked for 32 mins, melted butter with garlic on the stove while they were baking, then drizzled the garlic butter after plating. They were SO much better using butter and longer cooking method. Have 2 left which I will prepare using the butter method, garlic butter drizzle, and broil them at the end. Was extremely disappointed with the mayo method and shorter cooking time. But cooking longer using the butter method with garlic butter drizzle made all the difference in the world. Live in California, came encased in styrofoam/dry ice. No thawing. Ordered when offered free shipping to try them out. Delicious!”
