“They are always great and delicious! But this time they were melted I had to reform did not look like crab cakes when I got done! I realized the weather had a lot to do with!”
“I will start by saying I am a very difficult person to
please when it comes to crab cakes. I found these to
be inconsistent in quantity of crab meat and more importantly lacking the distinct taste and flavor of a true Maryland Crab Cake.
I baked as was suggested in the package instructions as
well as sautéed in butter after defrosting in the refrigerator. The end result was disappointing.
Would not recommend or reorder.”

So I sent the groom’s family some of your crab cakes and put on the note you’ll be kicking those SF crab cakes to the curb after you taste these real crab cakes! They loved them.”
