“The first shipment was a disaster the dry ice was sitting in the box of crab cakes, there was no plastic wrapping on the cakes, the second box was open, also not wrapped. Ann in your customer was very helpful and I had a shipment within days. If each box had been shrink wrapped this would not have happened. The second shipment came in perfect, although the tape was open on one box. Love your crab cakes and will remain a loyal customer.”
