“This is the best way I have ever had salmon. The serving portion is very generous, and it makes an impressive entree for special occasions. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that the pastry wrap doesn't brown evenly in the oven. Placing a small aluminum foil tent on top of the Wellington partway through the baking process helps and it doesn't take away from the yummy goodness of this dish.”
