“Imagine my surprise when the on-time shipment came and TWO cakes showed up in perfect condition. Amid the holiday bustle, I chalked it up to stupidity on my part when I ordered - that is, until I tasted it! Wow, is this cake good! Not overbearing or too rich - simple enough to eat for breakfast (haha) and elegant enough to serve at a dinner party. Very moist - even after days in the refrigerator. Sometimes, stupidity pays off!”

However, the cake could serve 30 as we had to cut thin slices (after a dinner it was too large for bigger pieces.)
