“We placed our order on Oct. 15. It was a big disappointment! The container was broken and there were slivers of plastic, the ice had melted and quite frankly, we expected a larger container since it said "serves 6-8" and we barely had 2. I took pictures of the container when it arrived, should you wanted to see it. I submitted a complaint online and was told that I had waited too long to send this and there was nothing that could be done. I sent it on 10/27 because I was hesitant to complain; in my 78 yrs. I have done this maybe once or twice.”
