“We had our soft shell crabs for dinner last night. They arrived in good shape and we were excited to enjoy them. I did my best preparing them, we are not anywhere near a fishmonger, living In midwestern Illinois on the Mississippi River. I would have appreciated a more comprehensive description of cleaning and preparing the crabs. They tasted okay but were mostly "just fair". Unfortunately we will be cautious before making another order.”
